Business Description: Protect-all is an innovative manufacturer and converter of high performance flexible packaging structures, custom engineered industrial films and thermal lamination products. For more than 25 years, Protect-all has maintained a reputation for excellence and innovation, encouraging a multitude of organizations to call on us for some of their most difficult product development and custom applications. Our manufacturing facility in Darien, WI, houses two extrusion coaters/laminators capable of 62” web width, two laminator/coaters with maximum width capacity of 66” as well as slitting, sheeting and additional finishing capabilities. With more than 110,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, we are pleased to offer converting services for our customers such as toll-coating, toll lamination, corona treating, slitting, and sheeting.

Flexible Packaging – Protect-all offers a wide variety of standard flexible packaging products including lidding films, cheese sealant and barrier webs, standard and custom foil based cosmetic web products, forming and non-forming structures, hard-to-hold and high barrier solutions. Our R&D experts have extensive experience converting a wide array of substrates including films, foils, non-woven, scrims, fabrics, papers, and more. With an excellent background in barrier properties, high speed performance, slip characteristics, peelable and fusion seals, sealing through contaminates, hard-to-hold technology and chemistry, our technical team is well poised to provide expert consultation for your custom packaging and lamination applications. 

Thermal Lamination Films -- Protect-all’s laminating films include a full line of standard and premium clarity laminates as well as specialty and custom lamination products. Our films are designed to provide protection and enhancement to print and other manufactured products. Developing custom adhesive technologies and surface coatings is our specialty at Protect-all, allowing us to create unique specialty films for the thermal laminations market. Custom matte coatings, printable surface coatings, and textured surface films are just a few interesting products you will find at Protect-all. As a leader in the tabbing and edge reinforcement market, Protect-all also offers a full line of films for this market, with more than 26 colors, clear films and several matte finishes. If a high-end holographic or security film is what you require, Protect-all can deliver with options in both metalized and clear film. We carry a variety of metalized, holographic, and decorative films to cover your needs.
